The Receptionist who answered was short and unhelpful, I just feel like when someone has been a patient for 10 or more years there should be some kindness and understanding that life happens and things can get chaotic and things can get missed. it would be nice to receive a text or a letter in the mail if you haven't heard from a patient who has been with you for a long time and if you really cared about a child's dental health even offering a referral to another dentist would be helpful if your refusing to see the child. My mom tried making a appointment for me but was told I couldn't come back due to one appointment missed. I think this shows a lack of professionalism and empathy. I've been coming to this dentist since I was toddler and for them to treat us this poorly is highly surprising. I hope you guys at the Associated Pediatric Dentistry review your terms and policies.

First time there today with my 3 children. They were all excited and treated so kindly !!! They were quick to get us in and going. We had a great experience all 3 of our hygienist were wonderful, comforting and so sweet! The dentist was awesome herself. Definitely recommend! 🫶💓

My child is so nervous when it comes to any kind of medical appointment, but knows the staff at APD will help them stay calm and safe during appointments. They always leave the office with a big smile and sense of relief - and usually with some funny stories to tell, too. I really appreciate how amazing everyone is at the Glen Carbon office, but Sunny and Dr. Tieg get especially high praise from my child.

I wish I could rate them 10 stars. We have had a few bad experiences in the area at other dental offices. We came to APD and they were able to do both of my children at the same time. My son has Autism Spectrum Disorder and they were so accommodating, he has a lot of sensory issues and they took time and communicated what they were doing and when, he really felt so comfortable and actually enjoyed the visit with how fun they made it. The front staff is fabulous, the hygienists and Dr Mara were incredible!! So beyond thankful to have found such an amazing pediatric dental office.

Firstly, the staff working here is always so amazing and helpful! They are beyond kind with kids! We’ve been going here for almost 10years! Dr. Tieg is an amazing dentist! He is so knowledgeable and caring! He caught a concern with a tooth that we needed extracted for orthodontic work and went through all the appropriate contacts and conversations to make sure we followed the best path for our girl. So grateful!
